Due to flat hierarchies and a close and transparent incorporation of all employes, you find a open communication culture at Knauf Digital. There is an excessive reporting culture, but everyone is aware of this. efforts are being made to reduce and downsize the reporting structure.


If you have problems, you are very well supported by colleagues and managers. The team spirit is good and you can rely on each other.


The culture of getting things done can sometimes lead to intense working hours - you often work against ambitious deadlines. All in all, the work-life balance is good. You are measured by your results and not by the time you spend in front of your laptop.


The direct managers maintain a 320 degree feedback culture and listen when there are problems. The general management behavior is professional, but a certain degree of micro-management is practiced in some teams
