Great colleagues/Bosses, i cant emphasize that enough. I am thankful for all the teaching, the patients and the personal moments.
Never boring. Sometimes for all the wrong reasons.

Occasionally, navigating people's moods felt like walking through a minefield. Usually manageable, but when two people were having a bad day simultaneously, things could get rather explosive.

clear communication of expectations.
Employee Office attendance? - was a big issue
or in general, duties and rewards (kitchen duty, filling in for colleagues, projectdistribution)
More events. With great and interesting people like that, it is a crime to not bring them together.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
was pleasant most of the time. Everything not entailing work was 7/5 -> greatly enjoyed spending time with all of my colleagues from all the departments.

Good. always consideration for private plans/emergencies.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Helpful and guiding Seniors, as well as different projects really helped. In regards to seminars, courses or summit, rarely any.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is below business median. Benefits got less every year. employee-evaluation felt forced and performative.

great, thankful for the people i got the work with. You get help when you need it. And "failing" is not punished - you receive help and guidance.

i Appreciated all my leaders and am thankful for them. Sometimes challenging, but manageable.
Arbeitsbedingungen
sparsely heated in winter for environmental reasons. Understandable, but over the top - even the water heater was unplugged. Office and rooms had enough space, plants and art.
Kommunikation
Communication is complete most of the time. Some stuff reaches you through gossip, but all in all good.
Interessante Aufgaben
A wide range of different topics and work. Learned all sorts of things. But to quote a senior: " it is not work if it's fun"
