Given the strong growth I would advise a more international setup for internal company communication and processes.
Knowledge sharing can be improved, especially given the many interesting projects that are going on.
Although the attention to innovation and digital tooling is great, it is sometimes hard to balance with ongoing client work (which of course has a higher priority).

Good teamwork and lots of passion across all locations. Ample opportunity to meet each other during the regular team events and on projects. Open and informal communication.
Kommunikation
An honest and open way of communicating, involving all employees. Monthly alignment meetings with full transparency in company's performance. A possible downside for non-native German speakers is that the internal firm communication is mainly in German. Communication has never been an issue, but communication in German is expected.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A great mixture between young and old(er) colleagues. This is where the firm really shines as both groups compliment each other.
Work-Life-Balance
This is management consultancy and as such very client focused. Some projects come with deadlines that don't fit a 9 to 5 work-day, yet the firm itself is very flexible and fair in terms of home-office.

Interessante Aufgaben
This really depends on the project and is always discussed beforehand. The firm runs internal projects as well focussing on different innovative topics (e.g. Blockchain and AI) and is continuously working on digital tooling, to enhance the consulting process. The downside here is that it is hard to work on both external and internal projects time-wise.
It is, however, true management IT consultancy in the sense that most assignments are rather high-level and process / organization focussed.

Consultancy involves lots of travelling... but, the offices are modern and the company features a bike-lease initiative.

Not very well-known (yet), but lives up to its claims of being different from other consultancy firms in terms of teamwork, integrity, focus on technology and a (somewhat) better work-life balance.
