Work-Life-Balance
KODIAK is a relatively young but ambitious company. As I am working as a consultant in the project management department, it is clear that it does get busier at times when working on a client project. I have been looking for exciting projects though and this was one of the reasons to change my job. I am an ambitious person myself and I enjoy the exitement of a fast-paced project, so I have no issues regarding my work-life-balance.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is competitive compared to industry peers but it´s true that in return they also expect you to go the extra mile sometimes. If you are an ambitious person who is looking to progress their career quickly you will get rewarded and you are right here.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As the company has different office locations and consulting colleagues are quite frequently also working at various client´s premises, communications is not always so straight-forward but the company is making an effort to facilitate communications and team cohesion with regular team events, townhall meetings etc.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
It´s a relatively young company compared to other consultancies in the industry but I can tell that even younger colleagues get a chance for an interesting career if they are interested in moving up.

As stated earlier, the different office locations combined with frequent presence at client´s sites can get life a little busy at times but I guess that is part of the consulting life.

Communications with my team lead and colleagues has always been seamless.
