Work-Life-Balance
While there is no hour tracking, which generally leads to working more than 40 hours a week, it seems to be purely in ones own responsibility to take care of that. I have never experienced someone being questioned or looked at weirdly for leaving earlier or later. the flexible working hours are of course to a big part bound by your own personal meeting schedule.
People can just leave throughout the day to e.g. go to the doctor without any problems.

Gehalt/Benefits
I think for a while the salaries were quite good. In the last years, this feels like it has changed a bit, mostly because of the fixed once-a-year salary updates. This obviously disallows any inflation compensation which would require a more flexible system
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
While the company prides themselves under the flag of sustainability and the product at some point might play a part in making transportation more sustainable, there are basically no sustainability efforts/benefits internally.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Probably the strongest point of the company, the people here really value each other, both on a professional and a private level. Everyone is very open and helpful.
There is a big group of people that very regularely organize events and hang out outside of work.

I have never had big problems with any of my leads. In general, most leads still do technical work on some of their time or are at least experienced in it, so the dreaded "middle level management" layer is quite small here compared to other companies
Arbeitsbedingungen
One big open space office with free desk policy. Some desks with two external monitors, some with one.
In terms of hardware, it is very easy to get your wishes fullfilled in my experience.
Big kitchen with terrace, good supply of drinks, cereal, and snacks.
Fancy looking coffee machines for the unfortunate amongst us suffering from that addiction.
Kommunikation
company wide goals are communicated clearly. The progress on them a little less so, especially in the last months it seems like negative or mixed feedback is not really valued in company-wide meetings anymore

Very few women in lead positions.
Other than that, everyone is valued equally here.
Very culturally diverse team, with employees from over 40? different countries.

It is very easy to grab more responsibilities and tasks if one is willing/motivated to do so. very few repetetive tasks
