Leadership is young and not as experienced as sometimes needed. They have grown a lot in the last years which I find impressive as it is hard to change as a leader because you do not receive as much feedback. Still, there is room to grow further.

Overall good. Tech-equipment could be improved (mouse and keyboard, screens, meeting-room equipment). Homeoffice and workation are possible. "Vertrauensarbeitszeit"
Kommunikation
very open and transparent. Management allows questions to all topics and offers room to challenge them. There are different feedback formats. The company even introduces peer and upward feedback this fall
Gleichberechtigung
A lot of women in leadership positions, which is quite rare in Germany still. In C-Level it could improve to 50%. Also, I do not know if gender pay gap exists or even is monitored. There is also missing awareness of family dependencies.
