Lots of work, little Life - espacially if you are on a project.

2-Class-Behavior. Only Partners are relevant, the rest is living like in the famous movie "modern times" of C. Chaplin, Pleae be aware of it.
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes, but the professionalism is like in the 80´s. Less structure, even less knowledge about S4 and its processes. more (negative) hands on.

Only very old people in the leadership. Old fashioned behavior. Only top-down mentality.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very good, because everyone of the leadership is far away from the 50´s. Sometimes almost in the 70´s:-)
Arbeitsbedingungen
to much preassure. Only working for the management team. No modern leadership culture. No prof. feedback rounds. No pay raise....nothing at all.

If it exists, then just only for marketing reasons.
