More training possibilities to enhance personal growth and skills. More startup perks, like Jobrad etc. Take sometimes a little time off with the team to just enjoy the results and success. More team events. Tutor program and more coaching would be cool.

It's a real startup - fast moving and hard working. Everyone in our team has a drive to succeed. Even in times of Corona and Homeoffice we keep up the team spirit and try to stay connected and focused.

We have an open feedback culture. We are constantly improving our internal working processes. Management has always an open ear.

I love my team. We support each other in difficult situations and help each other to become better.
Work-Life-Balance
We do have flexible working hours and homeoffice possibilties. However, it's sometimes hard to just stop working when there is a lot to do. Overtime is not reimbursed. It's not a problem to take a day off on short notice. We usually plan longer vacations together.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My manager is kind but demanding - in a good way. Everyone is responsible for their channels and tasks. Ownership is a keyword in our company. You get support, when you ask for it, but you take responsibility and stand up for yourself. You feel challenged and learn a lot.
Whenever there is a problem or personal issue, I can always go to my supervisor.

I love my job. It absolutely never gets boring. It can be very challenging at times, but never boring.
Gleichberechtigung
Not sure about compensation, but we have a good mix of men and women in leadership positions. You never get the feeling of being mistreated or in any way discriminated.

We are a very young company, but still treat everyone with the same respect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We have an amazing office, with free drinks. We even have a gym in the same building, which is subsidized by the office. We get a working notebook (Mac) and can even bring our office gadgets (like display, keyboard etc) home, for homeoffice.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Gym is subsidized. We get working equipment, but no phones, at least for marketing. It would be cool to get an e-bike via Jobrad (e.g.). We also get discounts on travel bookings. Salary is alright, but not above average. No bonus.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You get the opportunity to talk about the direction you want your role to go to. It would be cool to have more possibilities to get certifications or do paid workshops in order to enhance your skillset.
