When I got hired it was very difficult, I had nothing in Germany, but HR does an amazing job, sometimes even extra. This is my 4th year in the Lawo family and I still love my job and think relaxed about my future. Why I know I love my job is because on Sunday, I never think Monday is coming again, so I am excited to begin another Monday. We even have colleagues which returned back after they went to other companies.
I want to mention the incredible colleagues that always help when there are difficulties (of course there are challenges, like in any other company), but no matters if it's about personal challenges or work challenges, the management is always open for a solution.
I like the international environment, there are a lot of interesting and passionate people. Now there are internships for the students ( most of them stay to work for Lawo after ). One colleague said he offers all his best to the new employees welcoming because people are the company, and they will feel the warming of the welcome.
Another colleague which is more than 35 years in the company said he never had 1 day delay of his wage, in over 35 years.
The flexible working time is a real benefit for me.
And as bonus, winter sales meeting, summer sales meeting and summer party is something which I wait for every year. There is more to say about the company, but better ask directly Lawo and someone will answer for sure.
