The foreigner work colleagues are always nice

The customer Service is really bad especially outbounds call. The Company has no process and doesn't give the right Tools even if they know that the System is not working or worst the way to communicate with the customers. You will get bored after one day.
The german colleagues are on a side and didn't want to speak with a non german Speaker because ' we are in Germany ' so to learn english in a international Company is not needed. Hard to heard this as non german Speaker espacially if you understand german.
The customer Service Managers are nice but if you want to take the stairs and meet other Managers, do not push the door if you don't speak german because nobody will understand you.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The most bad thig in this Company is this difference between german and ' foreigner'. In 2017 it shouldn't exist anymore and i am Kind of dissapointed to see that Germans are not ready to open their doors. Of course I am not awaiting that each german People speak english but when you work or manage foreigner you should at least be able to communicate with them and to learn that discrimination belongs to the 20th century.
