Arbeitsatmosphäre

I joined the company a few months after it was started and saw it grow from a team of four people to now 25. While the team and company changed a lot in just one year, the founders always managed to keep up a great workplace environment where everybody enjoys coming to work. The company has a strong and open feedback culture, allowing employees to request input whenever it is needed. Employees are also encouraged to bring forward their own views on what should be changed in order to create a better workplace.

Kommunikation

Every Monday morning the whole company gathers for a meeting in which all departments present their current KPIs and projects. Should something not be clear after the meeting it is always possible to ask someone afterwards. The most relevant metrics and sales number are made transparent through a dashboard.

I changed my focus in the company from operations to finance within a few months and was supported during the whole transition process. Employees are encouraged to see themselves as entrepreneurs within the company, allowing them to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is very open and new with a good connection to the public transport. Most people work in an open space, while the office also provides space for high-concentration work with reduced noise levels. The hardware (Lenovo ThinkPad’s & MacBook Pros) is up to date, in addition workplaces are equipped with monitors.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Employees are actively mentored and encouraged to advance in their current roles. Feedback is provided every month, reflecting on the performance and future goals within the company.
