Arbeitsatmosphäre

The C-Level try to create a great working atmosphere and make you feel that you can talk with them at any time if you have a problem. In the end, you have to perform and because the company is only number-driven it's a lot of pressure.

Kommunikation

Lendis promises an open and constructive communication and feedback culture. Unfortunately I didn't see much of that.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The only reason i've loved to work at lendis: the great colleagues. Everyone is very open and supportive. It was always fun to be at the office. But also very loud.

Work-Life-Balance

There is a fruit basket, cereal bars and drinks in the office, and of course they have friday beers. But usually you have to work a lot of overtime.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

At the beginning you certainly feel appreciated, but after a while the nice appearance disappears and you realize that the company is not concerned about their employees but about growth and sales. I guess that's why there is a very high staff fluctuation at Lendis.

Gleichberechtigung

They want to be divers. But there is just one woman in the C-Level. It's an english speaking company, so every nationality is welcome.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is very loud. Because there are no permanent work places, you can't be sure if you get a good work place. But you can get you're own home office equipment.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

They want to be sustainable but they aren't.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We’d like to elaborate on your feedback.

We agree with you that we are a numbers-driven company. We plan our goals quarterly using OKRs. Once a quarter our teams dedicate an entire week for OKR planning. These quarterly goals are a collaborative process, defined by both teams and managers, and drive our work across a quarter. At the same time, we’re dedicated to investing in our people, through skill- and career development initiatives. These are driven by our Learning & Development team, who’s mission is the growth of our people.

We also want to elaborate on our working hours. At Lendis we have trust-based working hours. The autonomy of our employees is important to us. We actively decided against core hours, because we want to find a suitable working environment for each individual. Of course- working hours need to be aligned with the team. We always encourage our employees to talk to our managers if the workload gets too high.

On the topic of sustainability, you’re absolutely right, there is still so much more we can do. We’re committed to learning, improving and offering the most sustainable solution for our customers.

We have an open space office in Berlin, full of numerous telephone booths for calls/meeting/focus time.
