The culture there isn't there - Human Kind Agency... maybe that was once. Colleagues work hard and long hours because management accepts jobs without mercy and without creating new positions. You are often booked to 140-160.
The bosses will tell you that they don't accept jobs because they "pay attention to the employees" to announce the following day that they have accepted the job after all.
You have the choice between choleric, arrogant or "too old" bosses - at least they have one thing in common: white men over 45 who think they are the greatest but actually got no clue how to really lead people and projects.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Change the management and get some more diversity in there. Don't treat your employees as a "resource" but as people - that's actually a basic when you're in that position. Fairness and backbone would also stand the management.
