Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Exciting tasks depending on the role.
There are few employees who are really a pleasure to work with.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The behaviour of some managers.
The salaries.
The expectations of the management regarding the employees.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Back to the old values.Focus on the employees.
Focus on the employees and value their opinions.
Practise real transparency and honesty. Raise salaries to a decent level, then employees will feel like going the extra mile again.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Toxic is the best word. The atmosphere is getting worse and worse, especially due to the elimination of many positions in Germany and the relocation to Poland. Most employees in Germany do what needs to be done - but without any real commitment or self-initiative.

Kommunikation

Depending on the supervisor - in the IT area in particular, a lot is hidden. If you don't ask directly, you don't find out that much.
People also like to try to play their employees off against each other.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Due to the permanent relocation of teams and especially managers to Poland, many things are gradually getting worse and worse.
The employees in Poland are sometimes valued much more. The long-serving employees in Germany are sometimes seen as a burden.

Work-Life-Balance

Depending on the role/department, but in general you can organise your work yourself, especially if you are working from home.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

It very much remains up to the department. There are very good managers, but there are also some who are not suitable for this position.

Interessante Aufgaben

There are some very exciting assignments and projects.
However, project management is a disaster and most projects take longer and cost more.
One of the reasons for this is the micromanagement of various managers and the co-operation between two countries - which often causes problems. Especially when decisions have to be made for Germany in Poland without knowing the location-specific details.

Gleichberechtigung

I can't report anything negative here. There are definitely women in higher positions (Teamlead, Head of or even Director).

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Many colleagues who have been with us for 5 years or more no longer exist. But most of them are also very dissatisfied.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The equipment, especially the office equipment, is outdated and no longer up to date.
There is no comprehensive home office equipment.
The notebooks are okay - but nothing special either. There are MacBooks for developers.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There are some Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns, but the majority of employees do not live up to them.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

There are well-paid positions, but most of them are well below the market average. There is also no real willingness to provide budget here.
As it is difficult to find employees in Germany with the resources available, jobs are often outsourced to Poland.

Image

Customer reviews and also the reviews on this platform show a consistent (often negative) picture.Unfortunately, it is difficult to disagree with many of the points.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Highly influenced by the manager - you can move up - but it depends on the goodwill of the manager.
