Send your team leaders and managers to Leadership Trainings, so that they'd know how to properly manage and motivate subordinates. Conceptualize team buildings well, and make it an opportunity to be transparent in your communication to employees -- not holding meetings telling everything is going well and the next thing they know, their colleagues have been mercilessly fired, unexpectedly sent home with a thankless termination letter.
