I love the culture, the work, the hands on mentality to really create something and my collegues. I did reccomend Limehome to my friends for working and one of them already started.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I personally do not like dogs in the office, but they are allowed in certain areas of the office. I would also mark the kitchen area as a dog restricted area due to hygiene.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Communicate salary raises earlier. Have a praying room (A normal calm small meeting room is fine but assign one so that it is clear for everybody) for muslim employees.

LGTBQ+ friendly company, lots of women, different religions (no confession, christianity, muslims (you can also go pray but no praying room available yet)), different nationalities
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We do not have a lot of older collegues but I value the input of those very much. I was able to learn a lot from them. I think its best when there is a mix of experience and young spirit to change the status quo, although both groups can have the one or the other characteristics as well.

Very nice office in Werksviertel in Munich.

We need to include that more in our processes in every department. But lots of initiatives are going on.
