Dear limehomie,

Thank you for leaving us a rating on kununu. We appreciate the time you took to write this feedback. First of all, we are glad you are happy with your colleagues and your tasks as these are of course two of the biggest preconditions for a place designed to stay.

Nevertheless, we also would like to have the chance to speak about your negative feedback - especially with regards to your experience with our managers and your thoughts on our career opportunities & involvement level of decision making.

We’re constantly striving for an open, honest & transparent communication in all our doings. If you have the feeling that you were informed about decisions that directly affect your daily work where you weren’t looped in before but have the feeling you should have been, we would highly appreciate it if you would approach the respective parties directly to make sure that they can act on your feedback and do better next time. Nevertheless, there will also always be decisions that are not directly affecting your daily doings but need to be made. In these cases a prior involvement of each & every limehomie is just not possible & from our point of view also not expedient. In these cases, we’re of course yet striving for an open & transparent communication and hope that this is what you also experienced so far. That limehomies only get promoted based on how many hours they work or based on their gender is simply not correct. Promotions are always and only based on performance and we ensure a fair and transparent process with our bi-annual performance cycles. No other factors influence our decision.

As you have rated almost all other aspects negatively, we unfortunately can’t give you feedback on them now but would like to encourage you to just approach us directly and give us some more details here so we can take a solution-oriented approach to addressing these issues. We can only improve and grow if we get the chance to identify problems and talk about them.
