Unlimited learning should be renamed: it is super misleading and it is not true that you can develop it wherever you want.

Only a few leaders show understanding, let's say we are in a good position. The rest of the people have big problems with the attitude of the management.

Thank you for your review and for bringing this up. It’s a pity that you feel like this and it definitely makes us think.
Firstly, let’s clarify our Limitless Learning benefit here as there seems to have been a misunderstanding. It’s true you cannot use this benefit for random trainings. You can choose any external training & development resources regardless of any costs that have the most impact on your growth but also add value to your role & meet the needs of limehome as a company. There is no limit to the budget for development initiatives as long as these requirements are met. It’s true that we do exclude specific development areas from the limitless learning benefit. This is not at all because we want to limit your development possibilities in these areas, but because we do have other internal & external formats to cover these respective needs. I think this is the misunderstanding in your case. If you check out our intranet you will see this explained in more detail in the description of this benefit.

Lastly, when it comes to the attitude of the management it is difficult for me to elaborate as your comment is not very specific. But I’m happy to understand where your perception is coming from. Again, I can only invite you to reach out to me directly.
