it is a startup and processes for communication must be built. not everything runs smoothly but I believe this should be part of what attracts people here. You can make an impact: communication isn't bad because people don't want to communicate. It's a matter of structure in a young and dynamic company.
Work-Life-Balance
comments regarding 80h workweeks are absolutely nonsense. Going over 40 hours happens on a regular basis, however nobody is forced to do that, nor is it expected. Most people are putting in more work here because they believe in the company and enjoy the work. Taking breaks and living a healthy work-live balance is regularly encouraged!
Gleichberechtigung
I've seen a lot of bad reviews about equality. However, I cannot relate to that. I have a lot of female colleagues who are being treated equally. There is a talent program at limehome which consists equally of males and females. Regarding top leadership positions: Indeed, our senior management is mostly male. But knowing our founders I am very confident that this is not based on gender discrimination.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
growth is a main focus and often contradicts sustainability. but there are a lot of employees who are beginning to push this issue more!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
unlimited learning program which aims at supporting personal development goals financially and ways to take advantage of coaching opportunities. Proactivity of the employee is required - but how else do you want to grow?
