This mentality trickles down and creates a negative work environment that affects morale and productivity. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and collaborative workplace. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Dear (former) limehomie,
thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry that you feel/felt that way, especially as our culture is one of the aspects our limehomies value the most.
We have a performance culture, meaning we value performance and support those who want to grow, as much as we can, but as not to say that we would ever encourage the highly competitive and individualistic environment you describe.
Our limehomies really live the “one team” value and are always open to helping and supporting each other and collaborating also inter departments, you just have to ask for it if needed.
If you are still working at limehome, we would like to get a better understanding of your situation in order to draw conclusions and commonly find ways to work on these.
