I love going into the office, seeing all the friendly faces of my colleagues, and using the various office spaces to do my best work. At Limehome there are a number of colleagues from around the world who are of all races, nationalities, and faith practices meaning all feel welcome. The company is always looking for ways to better support their employees through discussions, seminars, and initiatives such as their Woman Empowerment Team that aims to include more female representation in leadership.

One of the best things about Limehome is the way they encourage each and every employee to “Shoot for the Stars”. This is actively worked out in the different ways they support us in further learning, knowledge share events, and even supporting Internationals with learning German. I feel that I have been given every opportunity by limehome to reach my full potential. I recently also wanted to consider a horizontal shift in job position within the company and Limehome gladly facilitated me testing the waters of new responsibilities.
