Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

How we came through the crisis and are a winner of the crisis, even though we operate in the hospitality sector.
We have only been on the market for 4 years (2 of them during Covid) and have almost 200 employees on board and are active in 4 countries. this is the result of hard work and I am happy to be a part of it.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I feel that sometimes limehome takes opinions (of employees who are not 100% commited) too seriously.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It's what you make of it, that's my opinion here.
There are many platforms/opportunities given. There are regular performance & feedback rounds, Lunch & Learn Sessions, etc.

Kommunikation

For a fast-growing company, there are different platforms (Allhands, Slack channels etc.). We get insight into all company-wide KPIs and also company initiatives, as far as it is relevant for us. And that is okay for an almost 200-people-company.
Of course, there is always potential for improvement, but as far as possible, everything is communicated transparently, quickly and in the right channels. The bad ratings I read here should ask themselves whether they only consume information when it is handed to them on a silver platter or whether they proactively demand it. limehome is growing from a start-up into a scale-up which is acting european-wide, so it is clear that we can no longer communicate in the same way as we did in the early stage.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Definitely a USP at limehome. I have never worked in such a diverse, international and really talented company. You can't just demand colleague cohesion, you will be invited to be an active part on this. That doesn't mean you have to be extroverted. Rather, it depends on you what you make out of it.

Work-Life-Balance

You have the possibility to organise your working time flexibly and freely. This does not require a 60-hour week. It's always up to you how good is your competences in self-management. My manager helped me find the best approach and there are several options to get into the work-life-flow or work-life-balance.

Gleichberechtigung

I can only speak as a woman here. Women have the same opportunities for promotions and any other opportunities at limehome, I feel that it makes no difference what gender I am. In the end, it's the performance and what development I had, that counts.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The limehome culture appeals essentially of course to no one before retirement. In addition, if I consider that our agile way of working is also not 100% affine for potential elderly people. Therefore, totally okay for me.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Beautiful office in the Werksviertel (Ostbahnhof) with terraces (yes there are two of them) and modern equipment. You have several options for example working at home (hybrid working) or be in the office the whole week, etc. #designed2stay. There is a large kitchen, meeting facilities, quiet working areas, after-work possibilites and much more.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Performance-based culture, which I particularly like.
Salary is always a subjective perception. I put it in context of what's going on, looking at the current hospitality market and general job market and startup scene, then a no brainer.

I think it's a growing pain that employees are no longer as committed as they were at the beginning. I personally think it's a shame that Kununu is used for this. Therefore point deduction because it has an impact on the image I have.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

On all levels, there are many opportunities to develop, of course there is no potter's course in it (limtless learning), in the end it should be a limitless win-win situation for the employee and for limehome.
In the end, you learn most on the job, learning by doing and it is also up to myself.
Development requests are also dealt with on a fairly individual basis, depending on which strengths need to be strengthened or which hurdles I have in my daily business.
