I hope the investors understand why the company isn’t profitable. The issue isn’t the amount of people or structure - it’s the leadership.
I wish investors would spend a few weeks in the office to see how little some managers understand their own roles. Many are still in place only because, in this market, they wouldn’t find another job elsewhere.
