Arbeitsatmosphäre
At the beginning of the year management had a reshuffle and since then the company is invigorated. The atmosphere is much better, loads of projects have been started, both for the employees, as well as new products
Kommunikation
Communication has become much better since the start of the year, but still lacks a central communication means. Company goals could be made more transparent.
In general this is moving in the right direction.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The R&D colleagues were always amazing and were helping each other out whenever they could.
This category was always a strength of LivaNova, but varied depending on the department.
Work-Life-Balance
In general good work live balance for what I have experienced. There is a mix of colleagues with flexitime and others with time tracking, naturally with flexitime this is harder to achieve, but what I see is still quite good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have an amazing manager and in R&D in general this is not an issue, full marks on this category.
Interessante Aufgaben
As I mentioned before since the start of the year loads of new interesting projects were started.

Depending on the manager the knowledge of the older employees is very skillfully used, by putting them in central positions in projects where they can actually pass on the knowledge and provide information about the legacy.

The social aspect has increased a lot since the start of the year. Several initiatives for the employees were started making a huge difference for our wellbeing.

The company offers several possibilities to progress ones learning (e.g. Linkedin Learning, trainings ..) and is very open to hire from within.
