depends on the team, but overall I'd say it's quite good.
might work overtime sometimes, but that's not the general rule
no unnecessary travel (and if you do travel, it's encouraged to take the train rather than flying), which is a plus. within the office spaces, some things could be improved (less single use items for example)
can't speak for all teams, but in mine, it's great
really happy with my immediate manager
Top management and most team managers do their best to keep everyone informed. Employees are (almost) always the first to hear news, even when it's really confidential. That's quite different from what I've seen at other companies
Looping has a diversity task force now. They started only recently, so we'll have to wait and see about the results. but better late than never!
Its international orientation and fresh and transparent approach. You get listened to, asked, and valued no matter your rank in the company.
A structure which is even more clearly defined. This is a growing pain young companies will almost always experience in their first years and LOOPING is working on it efficiently.
Great co-workers and beautiful office spaces, which encourage creativity, motivation, and acceptance toward diversity. During difficult Home-Office times, there was a great emphasis on inclusion, listening to individual needs, and an effort to create a sense of community with a rapidly growing team of excellent new talents.
Overtime is asked for occasionally, and the workload is demanding, but the company as a whole is very flexible and understanding toward individual needs. Great for anyone wanting to be challenged while having flexible work-times, home-office opportunities, and not being bound to one of the four cities. Family and pet-friendly environment.
There are many opportunities to learn and grow for everyone.
Needs improvement, which, however, is already being addressed and worked on. New ideas are being shared and implemented.
Reliable, fun, and hard-working co-workers and overall kind atmosphere!
Very respectful and interested.
Open for feedback, friendly, and transparent communication.
Some areas need improvement, which seem to be the result of rapid change and growth. Growing pains, which will most likely cease when structures are more clearly defined in the near future. LOOPING is doing a great job of addressing this issue and it does not inhibit a healthy working environment.
International expansion opening up new markets and opportunities.
Bureaucratic systems
Focus on diversifying senior leadership across all areas.
Offer clear and concise development pathways for existing talent.
The atmosphere is overall open, exciting and inclusive.
The option for home-office is here to stay and even geographically flexible.
Work in progress.
Young talent is encouraged and opportunities exist for someone who is able to push their own development however, transparent structures and offerings need to be developed.
The team are generally super friendly and supportive, even during stressful times.
Management are open to feedback, sharing ideas, encouraging young talent and seeking conversations.
Beautiful and easily accessible offices with the option for home-office. Laptops and mobile devices provided are to a modern standard.
The company use a lot of different tools and the need to record all work times including internal feels controlling and bureaucratic.
There are newsletters, a weekly company update, structured onboarding programmes and detailed digital support resources available.
Salaries correspond with market average. Benefits could be improved.
Diversity & inclusion is a huge focus. They haven't got it all figured out yet but are definitely working on tangible improvements which I respect.
Looping is going through huge changes, growing constantly which means procedures and structures need to be built and adapted but it also brings lots of opportunity for personal input and growth.

mal so mal so
Please just stop talking how great you are and start investing real money in your employees. Not just empty words without any substance.
Team spirit depends on the team - if you are lucky you will find great people & build long-lasting friendships. On a lower level, i did not experience elbowing or other toxic behaviours. People are generally very friendly & happy to help.
On the other hand, the general working atmosphere became rather stressful since the company management introduced mandatory time-tracking without any consultation with employees. The time-tracking tool is malfunctioning and a big pain in the as* to use.
There is a 45-minute yoga class online once a week.
Some teams have occasional team-building meetings.
Normally, I do not work overtime.
Non-existent. Usage of plastic everywhere. It took one year to introduce waste segregation in one of the offices (actually on one floor only...).
No trainings or workshops whatsover. There was a workshop once two years ago (organised by an employee of Looping so they could save money). Otherwise there is no clear career development path, no additional training, no getting certificates etc.
Most of my colleagues are friendly, honest & reliable.
Terrible. It's still an old men's club. It's virtually impossible to enter the club of older colleagues, especially if you are a woman.
Looping imposed Kurzarbeit on all employees (without asking them for it which was a legal requirement at that time) at the end of March with an effect from 1 of March. So in reality everybody worked a normal 40-hour week through the whole March, but still got just part of their salary.
This was a completely unfair move (actually illegal). The management talks about values all the time, yet the ethics of their own behaviour is rather questionable.
The management loves to talk about how transparent they are. In reality, incidents like firing one of the most experienced workers (and one of the most beloved ones!) in the middle of a pandemic without any real reason is completely fine for them.
Visible gender discrimination
Depends on the team.
Top Down Management.
The offices are nice.
Superficial atmosphere dominated by big, male egos.
I genuinely don‘t believe the company cares nor intends to care about their employees. Enough feedback has already been provided.
It’s a superficial environment in which the orders go top-down. It’s very much a white man‘s world there - can not recommend for women.
You’re not forced to work over time, but be careful to establish your personal boundaries early on, otherwise it will be difficult to say no to more work later. Looping is chronically understaffed: they have a few big pockets to fill instead.
In order to secure competent new employees it seems that further training and internal growth is initially promised. Rarely has this promise been carried out. Many employees are frustrated in their roles within 12 months.
The money goes into the pockets of the older men. If you ask for a pay rise you will be met with many excuses and false promises. It can be very deflating but you learn not to take it personally as most people are in the same boat, unfortunately.
Many colleagues establish bonds based on their mutual grievances. There is barely a team atmosphere.
Everyone acts really nice on the surface, it’s only later that you realise the older colleagues don’t care about the those underneath them. All promises are essentially lies, to keep employees somewhat satisfied in the short term.
The offices are flashy for clients, and generally quite comfortable for employees.
There is no transparent communication. The older men who run the company essentially make their own rules behind the scenes and then present some selective information to attempt to make themselves look good. At first this isn’t apparent, but it doesn’t take long to see beyond their inflated egos.
Top-down hierarchy. No transparency. There is a weekly meeting in which the male heads generally pat each other on the back, while everyone else rolls their eyes. It’s awkward.
Die allgemeine Motivation ist sehr gering. Man spürt keinen Team-Spirit.
Image vs. Realität. siehe Titel.
Sehr unterschiedlich in den Teams. Insgesamt aber eher weniger Überstunden.
Nicht existent. Alibi-Weiterbildungen mit der allwissenden Führungsetage.
Welcome to our BOOMER-AGENCY.
So verdient kununu Geld.
