Apart from Lorch's good working culture and positive atmosphere, the highlight for me is Lorch's HR department.
I landed a job at Lorch from my home country. After signing the contract I was very skeptic about the long visa process and finding a new apartment in Germany. However, HR department very effectively solved these problem for me.
They were in direct contact with Foreigner's office for issuance of visa for me and my family. Moreover a representative of HR went out of the way, and attended several apartment viewing meetings on my behalf.
Due to these incredible efforts of HR, me and my family got our visas in few months and moreover we found an apartment before we arrived in Germany. 5 starts for their efforts and help.
Even after joining Lorch, HR department has been assisting me in all my work related and personal matters. Like moving in a new apartment, dealing with my work permit, bank setup, tax class change etc. Kudos to them.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working atmosphere is healthy and supportive. All departments and employees have a positive attitude and are approachable. A culture of openness and direct communication makes it easier to work here
Kommunikation
Communication is good and transparent. Weekly/monthly meetings keeps the information flowing to each level. Company's progress and situation is always known to all.

Spirit of teamwork is quite remarkable here. My team for instance, have always been supportive and forthcoming
Work-Life-Balance
It is individual and situational dependent. Being a married man (with a kid) i have to make an extra effort to keep my work life balance. Nevertheless Lorch does help out in form of converting extra working hours into holidays.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor is technically sound which makes it easier for me to recognize my tasks and deliver results. His friendly nature keeps things calm.
Interessante Aufgaben
As an embedded developer various ongoing R&D projects helps me polish my skills and experience.
Gleichberechtigung
Never felt any violation of rights. Everybody is treated equally. As i am learning German. Department head and supervisor understands this and talk to me in English during work related discussions.

Older colleagues are always forthcoming and are willing to share their experience.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working environment is good! Well thought out planning and structure makes the work less stressful. All deliverables are planned well before time and executed as per defined deadlines. Hence there are no unrealistic deadline
