Most people seem to have a good one, but certain people (and in particular in certain departments work a lot of overtime day in and day out, and the company does not seem to do anything about it. Leaders set the wrong example.

C level is made of 100% men, a few female directors (but less than half). Gender pay gap is a sad reality in this company which the higher management (in their biased and privileged bubble) is very unlikely to address anytime soon.
