You’re paid the minimum salary, there’s no expectations of raising or effort evaluation or progression. And if you mention it or ask for a raise they will punish you by either giving you more tasks or cutting down your working hours: TOXIC

They claim the coffee comes from “fair trade” but there isn’t absolutely proof of such. Also environment and waste management is a joke and non-existent.
