I find the working atmosphere at Magazino to be very positive, committed and pleasant. Everyone is fully on board and goals are pursued and driven forward together. Of course, these are also ambitious and might pose a challenge. Nevertheless, I find the approach, the team cohesion and the way it is handled very positive

The company's image in the industry and beyond is very good and dates back to the start-up phase. I hope that this will continue to be the case in Jungheinrich's environment.

I think the work-life balance is very good. There is a “2 days in the office rule”, which in itself gives you enough freedom to organize yourself. With children at home, I always find it to be accepted to deviate from this and adapt it to family requirements.

I think social awareness in particular is very pronounced. I can't really say anything about environmental awareness yet. The “usual” things are done and adhered to.

I think the team spirit in my team is very good and I feel accepted, valued and supported from day one.
Through regular team activities supported by the company, the cohesion and team spirit continues to grow and brings all colleagues together again and again, even if there might be a lack of overlapping work days in the office within our team.

The average age is still relatively young. Nevertheless, I don't notice any differences when dealing with older colleagues - and I mean that in a thoroughly positive way.

I find the relationship with my line manager to be respectful, open and on an equal footing. I really appreciate that.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office itself is modern, stylish and fresh. You have to be aware that you are working in an open-space - that certainly doesn't suit everyone and may not be ideal for some types of work. For my part, however, I can manage it very well with the home office/office arrangement.
I would also like to highlight the catering situation. Thanks to the in-house chef, we can enjoy outstandingly tasty cuisine every day. Certainly a highlight of the day! There is also a muesli bar, fresh fruit and the occasional dessert after the delicious lunch. The daily lunch alone attracts many colleagues to the office, brings the colleagues together and ... simply tastes great!
Kommunikation
I find the communication to be very good. There is always an attempt to involve the whole team when there are big issues at hand and these are then broken down further at team lead level. There is certainly still room for improvement, but this is being worked on. Above all, a lively feedback culture helps to raise issues and promote an open exchange.
Gleichberechtigung
From my point of view, I feel that the company is very conscious when it comes to equality. Different committees also take care of all the issues that might arise.
