I think despite the huge turnover and what mentioned above the image is still good, because the products are quite unique and because of the efforts in ads and recruiting young graduates from eg TUM

Thank you for your review and feedback even after leaving Magazino three years ago. At Magazino we value constructive feedback and therefore take your feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to bring it to our attention. A lot has changed since you left and let us clarify a few mentioned points:

Since you provided a title already let us comment from there:
” [Magazino] has kept the cons but not the pros” is to us a really bold statement.

According to your review good to you is:

- our free lunch (still a very big part in our culture and ongoing)
- robots (we even added more to our Portfolio)
- flexible hours (still the same, everyone is responsible for their own time management, we even offer trainings to support you in that skill)

The cons in your review are to us:

- career paths (we are still lean in our hierarchy structure so there might not be possibilities to “climb up the ladder” however we now offer individual coaching talks which help identify growth opportunities together and are quite successful)
- salary is less than other companies (we are constantly comparing us with the same structured companies within Munich and are always above average in this comparison, yes sure we can not offer what big players such as Google and Microsoft can, but that is ok for us since we are not playing in this league)
- no office and no fixed desk (no office? Well our office is there since the early days and got bigger over time, where else would we serve our free lunch everyday? Yes we do not have fixed desks but a place to sit for everyone who wants to come to the office)
- sustainability proposals (fair point, our chef is looking to only buy regional products but of course that is not enough. Being part of Jungheinrich might give us the chance to change also processes towards a better carbon footprint)
- attrition rate (our attrition rate is very low compared to the market and we constantly check pulses which are followed by an action plan to be even more attractive to our colleagues)
