Replace the executive management asap

Very good with my team, but the executive management of the hotel is rotten to the core. It no longer has anything to do with a business mindset. Employees are treated so ruthlessly and impersonally that it is important to me to issue a warning.
The primary goal of the management and in particular of the General Management, HR and Finance is their annual bonus. Everything else is of secondary importance, especially the employees.

Line staff has always been the backbone of the hotel, but nothing is left of that anymore.

Poor, people just get wasted. No consideration is given to private life. It's ALWAYS business first no matter what!

You have to be basically on on-call. If you are not willing to be flexible on very short notice the Management will be very unforgiving. On the other hand if you work hard an well you‘ll get good feedback occasionally but do not expect that this is reflected in promotions or salary raises. Promotions are only given if no other option can be taken (notice, staff shortage etc.)
