The worst is that they mention an onboarding that does not exist, colleagues do not have time to clarify further processes. Management do not work proactively which can mean a simple task is delayed for months due to unprofessional management or fear of mistaken.

Avoid persuading people to work there just by being nice, as it can be counterproductive to your BAU.

Almost impossible, since they do not want to share cause the have no time management skills, one had to find their own way to work, avoiding questions or request is the best.
