They were very persuasive during the recruitment process, very unusual for the role.

The worst is that they mention an onboarding that does not exist, colleagues do not have time to clarify further processes. Management do not work proactively which can mean a simple task is delayed for months due to unprofessional management or fear of mistaken.

Avoid persuading people to work there just by being nice, as it can be counterproductive to your BAU.
Develope a clear onboarding process.
Develope a communication channel so workers can ask and receive answers.
