Very transparent communication, great feedback culture, welcoming people, a lot of space to learn by testing different ideas with autonomy, very hands-on and collaborative company. People really believe in the product and how it can grow, as well as in the company's mission. It is really rewarding to work with the purpose of reshaping learning experiences, and I think this gives the teams here an extra motivation.
