Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Offene Kultur, Arbeitszeit lässt sich flexibel gestalten, schönes Büro und ein grandioses Team in der Abteilung selbst.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Welche Änderungen vorgenommen und in welcher Art und Weise diese kommuniziert werden.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Mehr Druck, höhere Ziele und eine fast komplette Streichung der Commission Benefits sorgen nicht für höhere Motivation und bessere Qualität, sondern für das genaue Gegenteil. Wie viel teurer ist es denn, ein komplett neues Sales-Team aufzustellen, anstatt die Bedingungen human zu lassen?

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Am Anfang super, alle neuen Mitarbeiter hatten Bock und haben sich gegenseitig unterstützt. Hatte das Gefühl, hier lange Zeit glücklich zu werden. Seit den vielen negativen Änderungen der letzten Wochen ist die Luft raus.

Kommunikation

Änderungen im Commission Agreement werden Mitte des Monats rückwirkend für den gesamten Monat kommuniziert (Im ersten Monat on target calling, einen Monat nach Einstellung!) Entscheidungen werden über den Kopf der Teamleitung hinweg getroffen. Nachdem in einem Gespräch versichert wurde, dass dies die letzte Erhöhung der Targets war, werden einen Monat später die Bedingungen erneut um 180 Grad schlechter und es wird erwartet, dass man sich freut und noch mehr Gas gibt.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Der Zusammenhalt im Team selbst ist super.

Work-Life-Balance

Arbeitszeiten kann man sich selbst flexibel einteilen. Zwei Tage Office-Pflicht sind in Ordnung.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Teamleader top (wird aber das Unternehmen verlassen), ansonsten wird mit Corporate Smile diplomatisch um den heißen Brei geredet. Die Verschlechterungen werden dir als etwas Positives verkauft.

Interessante Aufgaben

Arbeitsbelastung wird immer größer, bei immer schlechter werdenden Vertragskonditionen.

Gleichberechtigung

Wirklich hervorragend in diesem Unternehmen, noch nie so eine offene Kultur erlebt.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Gibt es in dem Unternehmen nicht.

Tolles Büro in Düsseldorf, gute technische Ausstattung zum Start.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Kann ich nicht bewerten.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Hier wird gute Leistung damit belohnt, dass es schwerer wird, die Ziele zu erreichen.

Hi there,

I am very sorry that your experience in the organisation switched significantly in the last month, I agree with you that your start has been really positive, especially with our trip to Prague and all the positive atmosphere we had over there.

You are right that we are becoming more performance oriented, but I believe that is actually a good thing. A good thing not only for the company, but for our talents as well. The more successful we are, the more we can invest in our talents development and culture to foster an environment where we can all thrive. Our previous commission model was built in a way which did not in any way bring revenue to the company, even on the opposite: 10 SAOs a month in no way bring the company forward, especially comparing it to an industry average of at least 15 SAOs a month. And you are right that commission agreements should not be adjusted in the middle of the month and this is something we would like to avoid in the future, but when the world around us change and market conditions change, we need to adapt fast as a company as well.

I think all of us observe the market situations changes and that it becomes tougher and tougher for companies to grow. Masterplan is on an extremely positive trajectory and we believe in our company success 100%, however, we can not achieve that with not only non ambitious goals, but goals that could be reached in 15 days. We have experienced people reaching their targets and going on holiday for the rest of the month. I think you and everyone else could understand that we could not continue with this flawed model any further.

But I agree with you that in the future we need to make sure to communicate better and give all relevant context for our decisions, so you guys are fully on board, because we have really the best intentions of you and everyone in the team and I hope you know that based on the treatment we had towards you irregardless of this situation.

I hope that we manage to change your mind in the next weeks and that you see that the goals are manageable and actually meant to focus also on your career development with the further focus on web-demos and involvement in the sales cycle way more than just the first contact with the client.
