My interview experience with Medi-G was highly disappointing and inefficient. I traveled 4–8 hours and even arranged an overnight stay near the company just to attend the interview in person. Despite this significant effort, I was told during the interview that my German language skills were not sufficient — something that should have been assessed or communicated well in advance.

What made the situation worse was the interviewer’s apparent lack of interest in conducting the interview. The conversation felt rushed and disengaged, giving the impression that my time and effort were not valued.

A basic improvement would be to conduct initial screening rounds online (e.g., via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet). This would prevent candidates from investing unnecessary time and money when fundamental requirements could easily be evaluated remotely.

Overall, the process reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for candidates.
