Despite what they tell you, there is essentially no onboarding. New hires are left to figure things out on their own.
There are no clearly defined processes. to a degree where it becomes painfully obvious that no one really knows what they’re doing.
What is referred to as “company culture” mostly consists of the CEO repeatedly saying “we can do it” while everything around them is slowly falling apart.
Management shows a very noticeable lack of leadership experience, although there were a few individual team leads who genuinely tried to support their teams and did a good job within the given constraints.
HR is responsible for some very questionable decisions and practices. (insert massive red flag emoji here)
Layoffs happen frequently, and those who remain tend to leave on their own, one by one, abandoning what increasingly feels like a sinking ship.
As the company’s situation deteriorates, team events have quietly disappeared as well.
To be fair, there is one major positive: the team itself is absolutely bomb. I genuinely enjoyed spending time with my colleagues.
Overall, the situation continues to worsen, and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
