As a Master's thesis student, I have observed disparities in compensation and benefits when compared to our parent company, Mercedes Benz AG. Notably, our organization does not provide a distance allowance of 200€ for students whose universities are located more than 100 kilometers from the office, a benefit extended by Mercedes Benz AG. Additionally, the provision of a thesis report print allowance, a benefit available within the parent company, is also not offered within our organization.
