- Very good work life balance!
- Very good flexible work option.
- I can work and travel at the same time in many countries.
- I can visit my home town and work from there.
- Good canteen by Metro AG on campus.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- HR is a failure and introduced position based grades whihc are extremely low.
- Some Ambassadors have a really bad behaviour and use profanity and now they are part of the culture building team!!!!
- On the website they say we are not a startup - but situation wiht HR, processes, opportunities is worse than a start Up.
- Some Tech leads are really harsh and rude.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Real career progression instead of the fake one.
- Better treatment of Women.
- Equal opportunities and not only opportuntiies for Ambassadors or the people who are part of the "Boys club" or are part of some group.
