Everything you want in one place!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
diversity, collaboration, unique opportunities
Verbesserungsvorschläge
ensure manageable growth
Arbeitsatmosphäre
professional, ambitious, cooperative, friendly
Work-Life-Balance
You got plenty of freedom as long as it is aligned with your team.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
plenty of opportunities
Kollegenzusammenhalt
absolutely no complaints, also good collaboration with extended team (external suppliers)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Everything can be addressed directly and discussed openly
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office. Free choice of hardware. No air conditioning, but probably this will be available in upcoming office ;-)
And some systems are still bound to corporate environment, which makes it sometimes a bit annoying
Kommunikation
All-hands meetings throughout all locations and whole team where leadership gives updates on everything and answers questions, monthly pizza and drinks, presentations of the different working streams on regular basis
Interessante Aufgaben
