Very bad communication, lies and layoffs

100 % Remote work was great...before they got rid of this for the most part as well. Now its back to 2 days.

There was a constant feeling of what might happen next, or who has to go next.
Kommunikation
There is no honest communication with the C level or their decisions. On one month they do a restructuring of the company where they promis there will be no reduction in workforce. And then 2 weeks later 25% of all employes have to leave.

It was interesting. Until they decided to scrap the areas people applied for and focus on the sensor only.
