Das Unternehmen wächst schnell – manchmal merkt man, dass Prozesse noch nachreifen müssen. Aber das ist bei einem Startup normal und wird aktiv angegangen.

Für ein Praktikum sehr fair vergütet. Kein Ausbeuten von Praktikanten – das war mir wichtig.

Die Führungsebene ist nahbar und gibt echtes Feedback – kein leeres Lob, aber auch keine unnötige Kritik. Man lernt dadurch extrem schnell.

Ich hatte von Anfang an Aufgaben, die wirklich zählen. Kein Kaffeekochen, keine Alibijobs. Ich war in echte Projekte eingebunden und habe Output geliefert, der live gegangen ist.
