from the stories people always said and the things they tell from years ago, it has really gotten way worse but all those people are almost all gone now

it seems like there is not a lot of transparency on what is really going on

coleagues are friendly and nice, the leadership is the main problem, something really needs to get fixed, since they fired half of the company there is no culture anymore, and the good times are only stories people tell

you can chose your hours, but there is some sort of expectation to work a lot more than your contract, answer late calls, do things on weekends, the CEO does it, so it is sort of expected that everyone does it
Vorgesetztenverhalten
leadership doesn't follow the company values, they dont treat everyone the same, it is a shame that there is so much micro managing in start up that is small.

tasks can be interesting, but also hard to do things with all the blockers and needs for approval
