3 years at Mindfuel and this is what I have to say.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have always loved the atmosphere since I first joined and still do. People are kind, helpful and friendly.
Work-Life-Balance
It is a remote first company with flexible hours, if someone feels like there is no work-life balance is because they are doing it wrong, you have all the tools to make things work the right way for you.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have seen other reviews saying that the coaching didn't exist, but I can confirm I have done systemic coaching almost since I joined and the coaches have been great. If people didn't use it it was their choice as it was always available.
Gehalt/Benefits
it is my first job in Germany so I can't really compare it to another one, but I am very happy with the benefits that we receive.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Remote first, flexible hours, good perks that you can choose.
Gleichberechtigung
From the very first start of the company there has been a great focus on DEIB, most companies don't do that until they have to.
