Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Open to feedback, amazing office spaces, great people, awesome parties.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great team of driven people, enjoy coming the the office every day.
Work-Life-Balance
Nice amount of vacation days, can clock off at 18 and enjoy my evenings & weekends.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It's a challenging dynamic environment, that is built for people that enjoy working work hard, for me it's quite fun.
Kommunikation
Always room to improve but I see that Mindspace makes an effort to understand where there can be improvements and works towards getting there.
