Sehr toxisches Umfeld
Man soll Kunden anlügen und denen nicht mitteilen, dass in einer Suite, wo man über 30.000 € verlangt im Monat keine Heizung eingebaut wurde. Lieber werden über Nacht Radiatoren reingestellt und pünktlich bevor der potenzielle Kunde kommt rausgenommen und versteckt, sodass er gar nicht mitbekommt, dass es keine Heizung gibt. Der Kunde hat selbst bemängelt, dass zu kalt sei.
Benefits arent great
Schlechte Bezahlung, alles muss zum kleinen Preis her und überall wird gespart. Den Member wir ein perfekter Service vorgegaukelt eigentlich ist es traurig was die wirklich bekommen kleine Büros für große Preise!

Zahlt den Mitarbeiter mehr Gehalt. Ihr wundert euch, dass es so schwer ist gutes Personal zu finden. Bei eurem Gehalt, 26(!!!) Urlaubstagen und kein Home Office, wundert es mich nicht, dass ihr so unterbesetzt seid bzw immer falsche Leute einstellt. Da gibt es 90% andere Arbeitgeber, die viel bessere Konditionen anbieten. Wieso sollte man zu Mindspace gehen? Um Überstunden bei mieser Bezahlung zu leisten und Burnout zu bekommen?
Führt ein richtiges Onboarding ein, anstatt Laptop und Handy zu übergeben und ...
