Arbeitsatmosphäre
During my time there, I wasn't able to perceive any approaches to New Work. Employees should spend their work at the desk in the company. And although the competition is growing strongly, in my opinion people absolutely did not seem to want to let go of old patterns. The HR department in particular has in my opinion many employees who do not want to change. In the end I have to say that this was the worst professional experience I have ever had.

A core of older colleagues stick together. I had the feeling that colleagues who have been with the company for some time are not particularly open to new ideas. There was also a lot of chatter, which I found to be very negative for the team structure, since it didn't always focus on the positive.
