Mission impossible with specific people in company
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Some management and leaders not speaking proper English. Using google to write email. Hiring people for translation jobs. Not trusting anybody. Trust only head quarter and "specific" people. This is the communication channel. Some eaders are incompetent because missing basic knowledge, leadership skills and experience. Some leaders don´t work or lead. Collecting information, interview and micromanagment the whole day. Good people are not recognized but the ones who are afraid and say their opinion so do what is said. If you show you are afraid then you are good. HR is pretending everythink is perfect and don´t listen to employee feedback or people leaving. HR and department is hiring poeple not matching job and then tries to improve them, funny. Visible at all levels and everywhere.

Stonewalling. Weak or no communication. No feedback. Social incompetent. Blaming others if problems. Weak English knowledge.

Multicultural. Too educated. Overqualified.
Work-Life-Balance
Good. No Home-Office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not leading but always pushing. No respect for good work. Thank you is not existing! Bad example because some are coming to office with alcohol smell from night before.

Sometimes. Can be better if right persons into the right positions.
Gleichberechtigung
Good people are not recognized but the ones who are afraid give opinion to leaders. If you show you are afraid and not give opinion then you can be a good worker.

Weak systems and oft wrong data. Scary elevator always defect. Too many people in 1 room. No air conditioning. No ventilation. Canteen smells very bad. Carpet in office smells very bad. Not enough meeting room. No right equipment in meeting room. No refresh room. No meditation room.

Not the feeling it is important in company.

Some are getting "jackpot" and others are overpaid for their role and contribution.
Salary was always on time and correct.
