It has a lot of school like atmosphere. Should come by 9. Beware of continous monitoring.

There is hardly any vision what the company wants to do in europe and as a result the communication is pretty much non-existent

The only good thing about the company are the colleagues. But its not the same in all the teams.

There is no need for over hours but on the other hand, there is no proper flextime and with core working hours concept one cannot be flexible.

If you are motivated and have some ideas one can go ahead and proceed with it, but most of the stuff will be discarded by the korean HQ
