Poor Management and Directionless Leadership by Korean Expats

Despite of directionless leadership by Korean expats, few Local Team Leads are taking good efforts to motivate the team amd assign interesting tasks. But such team leads and tasks are often blocked by upper management, sticking to "Mobis" way of working
Despite of all the unfavourable conditions, HR is taking good efforts to improve working culture, although the feedback for expats are very well known but neglected and there is hardly any action

There is a lot of internal politics, especially over interesting tasks, korean team leads are favoured and other teams get ad hoc tasks.
Promotion, career ladder is biased and unfair. If you sit in office for 12 hours doing nothing, you are a top employee. If you are present in office despite of Home Office policy, you are a top employee. Other employees, although working from home for 8 hours efficiently, are often disregarded or questioned.
There is no transparency of work. It is often difficulty to understand the impact of output generated by employees.
To conclude, low rating is for leadership by expats. Mobis is a very good organisation, many things to learn about Aftermarket as a beginner, excellent employee benefits. If only leadership is good, Mobis can be top rated employer.

Feedback about Korean leadership should be considered seriously if company wants to retain good employees, otherwise Mobis will always be a revolving door for employees who really want to work and do not want to end up working on Excel files for years

Lack of communication leading to duplication of work within different teams in one department
Interessante Aufgaben
New ideas from experienced people are hardly welcomed, rather Mobis way of working is only preferred, be it just averaging the numbers without any logic

Low rating is only for core business hours working hours restrictions, otherwise flex working time is really appreciated

Company makes benefit of immigrants and pays really less than industrial standards
